Getting around the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area

Public transport

The Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area is responsible for the provision of public transport within its remit. When it was first founded in 2002, TPM set up the Mistral public transport network of buses and water-buses serving the twelve communes. At the same time, TPM works constantly and closely with its partners to improve transport conditions in the metropolitan area.

The Mistral network

The Mistral network of buses and water-buses created in 2002 serves the twelve communes of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area: Carqueiranne, La Crau, La Garde, Hyères, Ollioules, Le Pradet, Le Revest-les-Eaux, Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, Six-Fours-les-Plages, La Seyne-sur-Mer, Toulon and La Valette-du-Var.

Intermodal transport

Transport is an issue at the heart of the region's concerns. TPM sees intermodal transport as an effective transport option and works constantly with its partners in order to improve services to transport users.
